Mindy Danna has over 20 years experience helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals through coaching, organization development and strategic facilitation. Guided by a breadth and depth of expertise, she enables clients to acquire new skills and sustained behavioral change that result in a positive impact to their company’s bottom-line. Mindy specializes in workplace communication, influencing skills, sales management, team building, strategic facilitation and conflict resolution. Her coaching often focuses on unlocking the unconscious cycle of resistance to change.
Leveraging her real world experience as a leader in a global manufacturing company charged with increasing market share by generating sales, developing marketing plans and managing relationships with Fortune 500 companies, Mindy brings critical insights to each engagement. A wealth of experience combined with her education enables Mindy to understand the challenges organizations face in developing their human capital.
Mindy has a BA in International Relations and a Masters in Organization Management with an emphasis in adult development theory and conflict analysis. In addition, Mindy has worked with at risk youth and is a mentor for teenage girls in the Los Angeles foster care system.
